Mountain Meditation
During a mountain meditation, you visualize a large mountain within your mind. The environment around the mountain is constantly changing — the time of day, the weather, and the seasons. But through all this change, the mountain persists as a stable, dignified presence.

After simply visualizing the mountain, you then imagine the mountain merging with your body, so that you become the mountain. Your head becomes the peak, your torso the slopes, your lower-body the solid foundation.

By doing this practice, utilizing the analogy of a mountain, you develop inner strength and stability in the midst of difficult life circumstances.
